Yoga Classes

We offer a variety of weekly classes. Classes typically meet weekday mornings, with the exception of evening Candlelight Yin Yoga. Brief class descriptions are included below. While we strive to offer a consistent weekly schedule, it is subject to change, so please check out our Facebook Page for the most up-to-date class schedule.

Bring a mat if you have one, but we have a selection of loaners available if you need one. Please be sure to bring a refillable water bottle. Classes start on time, so please arrive a few minutes early to find your ideal space and take care of any registration or payment details.

In addition to our regular yoga classes, we offer occasional special workshops and classes (e.g: partner yoga, guided meditation, breath workshops, sound ceremonies).

Rates: Single Class Drop-in Fee: $12 or ₡7,000. Multi-Class Packages available at discounted rate.

Private Session (1-2 people; discount for groups) $25/Person

Energy Flow

This active class combines yoga, HIIT, and some kick-boxing moves to give you a cardio workout while building strength and protecting your joints. This works to strengthen a variety of muscle groups with particular attention paid to the core. No experience necessary, but does require some level of fitness. Bring water and a towel in addition to your mat.

Hatha Slow Flow

Hatha Slow Flow focuses on slowing down the movements between postures, with attention to proper alignment and modifications. By intentionally taking the time to breathe into the posture, you can begin to feel the duality of ease and strength within each pose, while increasing strength and flexibility. Allow this class to be the permission you need to slow down and mindfully move from one posture to the next. Beginners to advanced practitioners are welcome in this all level class.

Yin/Restorative Yoga

Yin/Restorative Yoga is a passive practice, with most poses occurring either seated or lying down. This practice focuses on stretching deeper connective tissues as you relax and surrender to gravity. Yin is revered for increasing mobility, improving joint and organ function, and relieving stress by stilling the mind. Suitable for all levels. (For added serenity and relaxation, join us for our candlelight class).
